From 1961 – 1988 Bill, worked with teenagers in youth programs and Sunday School, and has been active in men’s ministries since 1975.

 In 1998 he co-founded Kingdom Builders Ministries, a ministry to the Greater Akron Area calling men out to worship and servanthood. That same year he became an Ohio district Blue Print trainer for Honor Bound Men of Promise, a discipleship program for a pastor and his core group of men.

Bill has been the director of men’s ministries at Akron Pregnancy Services, a local crisis pregnancy center, since 2005.

He is the founder and president of Tool Box Ministries (TBM), a regional field ministry in Ohio and surrounding states. TBM began in 2001 equipping pastors and their key men to develop sustainable male leadership in the local church, through an effective men’s ministry.
 
In 2007 Bill joined the board of Fathers and Sons of N.E. Ohio.

He offers a variety of seminars and conferences to pastors and their men, and is available to speak in churches, conferences, rallies and retreats in issues concerning men and the inherent impact they make on society through their relationships with God, their family and their world.

 In 2008 TBM will host an Iron Sharpens Iron (ISI) training seminar. ISI is a national organization that develops local equipping seminars to pastors and their men at the grass roots level.
